Macy Matarazzo / President and Pet Owner
All her life, Macy has had an affinity to the miniature, spending years dressing dolls, making puppets and living with Chihuahuas. A graduate of Cornell College in Mt Vernon, Iowa, Macy completed a double major in Fine Arts and Theatre Performance, then moved to London, England to complete a Master’s degree in Puppetry Arts. Soon after, her dream was confirmed. “I will dedicate my career to help nude dogs everywhere find a wardrobe.” Over the years, Macy and her team have successfully brought macymacy, a small family-owned company to international status in the field of doggie couture by dedicating themselves to visualize a world of happy well-dressed dogs.
Murray Sheff, Teacup Chihuahua / Packing and Shipping Manager
Murray, born in Cheyenne, Wyoming, came to macymacy in May 2003 to learn more about the art and fashion world. Additionally, Murray completed his undergraduate degree in Obedience from Hounds on the Hill, in Capitol Hill, Denver, Colorado, graduating with special honors, “Most Improved”. Murray plans to go back for Advanced Studies concentrating on Heal and Stay. At macymacy, Murray splits his time between being a sales associate and couture model. Murray likes ABBA, green beans, hot dogs and bologna. This year for Halloween Murray will be a Lunch Lady, don’t miss the delicious tater tots.
Walter Johnson, Chihuahua / COO

RIP Walter. 1991-2005, Bio left in honor of our loyal team member. Walter joined the macymacy team in 2002 from Colorado Springs, Colorado, bringing 10 years experience in Operations from the Air Force Academy. Walt, a republican turned democrat, after having an epiphany and deciding he needed to seek something in the arts and fashion world. Thankfully through a web job posting he landed his new career at macymacy. As soon as he received the offer letter, Walt threw out his camouflage sleeping bag and moved to Denver. His dedication to operations has brought macymacy to a whole new level.
Lupe M. Pequeno, Chihuahua / CEO
Lupe has always been on the cutting edge of high fashion, even as a pup. She smiled and gleefully played in a darling pink fleece at only 8 weeks of age. Her flirtatious style and va-va voom presence has captured many doggie hearts with her charm, and many human ankles with her teeth, (those remaining- that is). Lupe brings macymacy a brilliant balance between glamour and business sense, successfully achieving world-renowned status. In her leisure time Lupe enjoys cuddling with her special someone, Camelle.
Meatball Matarazzo, Chihuahua / Intern
Meatball Matarazzo is the newest member of the macymacy team. Delighted to have Murray Sheff as his mentor, he has been eagerly learning the ropes at the macymacy retail store, greeting customers, wrapping gifts, cutting threads from the latest macymacy fashions. A transplant from southern Colorado he is currently living in the macymacy Dormitory on York Street. Meatball loves cheesewhiz, yarn and humping his new girlfriend Olive.
